Abstract
This study suggests a new finger language recognition method by adopting EMG, accelerometer and gyro sensors attached to wrist. The proposed Korean finger language is consists of 6 vowels and 6 consonants and three functions: ‘Add stroke’, ‘Double consonant’ and ‘Delete’. In the experiments, it is shown that the accuracy of each motion is improved by 5%.
