Abstract

As marine resources are being exploited, intelligent navigation is becoming more important, and intelligent optimization of navigation areas is the key to intelligent navigation. In this paper, we propose a framework for intelligent segmentation processing and optimization of navigation areas based on electronic nautical charts (ENC), addressing the problem of ignoring the depth of the sea and the state of the vessel in traditional chart processing and route selection.
