Abstract
Technological progress brings many significant benefits to our lives, but also new obstacles that we must face. Increasingly widespread sedentary jobs and computer work contribute to various health problems, such as carpal tunnel syndrome. This disease can be relatively successfully treated or prevented through rehabilitation exercises.
