This paper introduces the application of CBM on fault detect of military power plant equipment, expounds on the research and application actualities of CBM according to military mobile power plant maintenance requirement and technology. On the basis of the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of CBM on fault detect mode, which puts forward the CBM system framework for military power plant, and explains in detail the core modules, the key technologies (state information acquisition and monitoring, testing and diagnosis based on embedded system, data mining and information fusion, fault diagnosis and prediction, and maintenance strategy), presents the CBM system workflow.
