On the basis of the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of CBM on fault detect mode, which puts forward the CBM system framework for military power plant, and explains in detail the core modules, the key technologies (state information acquisition and monitoring, testing and diagnosis based on embedded system, data mining and information fusion, fault diagnosis and prediction, and maintenance strategy), presents the CBM system workflow. Abstract

In order to reduce the equipment fault and maintenance time, increase the availability and residual life of the important components, the application of condition based maintenance (CBM) technology has become the focus in maintenance field.
