Abstract

This column is a heads up: CEOs across the industry need to understand and engage in where the overall legislative process is going. I have a growing fear that if, as leaders in the industry, we do not start putting on the brakes and changing the direction of the draft regulation we are seeing, we may be in for a train wreck.
