Justifies the study, the occurrence of several problems in the corporate world, which derive, in short, from misconceptions in communication, both on the part of those who enunciate and those who interpret the statements and orders received. The objective of the work is to examine the importance of dialogue and consensus on what is true and appropriate for corporations, according to the social, economic and political context. As a predicted result, it is expected to delimit part of the scope of a relative and changing truth, especially in the business world. Abstract
The article examines the importance of communication, emotional intelligence and teamwork in the corporate world.
