Some aspects of criminalistics characterization and investigation of economic crimes in the textile and clothing industries of light industry

Abstract

В статье частично рассмотрен механизм преступления, включающий в себя способы подготовки, совершения и сокрытия преступлений экономической направленности в текстильной и швейной отрасли легкой промышленности. Обращено внимание, что такой элемент, как способ совершения преступления, является одной из наиболее важных составляющих криминалистической характеристики преступлений в сфере экономики, а именно в легкой промышленности. Обоснована необходимость разработки научно обоснованных предложений по обеспечению качественного раскрытия данного рода преступлений. Отмечена целесообразность проведения опроса сотрудников текстильного или швейного производства с целью получения информации о возможных нарушениях в процессе производства выпускаемой продукции, проведение осмотра места происшествия в целях обнаружения документации, которая может нести в себе доказательственную базу, а также проведение экспертиз, которые заключаются в выявлении следов изменения настроек оборудования и способов изготовления товаров для получения излишков производства и дальнейшей реализации их в преступных целях. The article partially examines the mechanism of the crime, which includes methods of preparation, commission and concealment of economic crimes in the textile and clothing industry of light industry. Attention is drawn to the fact that such an element as the method of committing a crime is one of the most important components of the criminalistics characteristics of crimes in the economic sphere, namely in light industry. The developing scientifically based proposals to ensure the qualitative disclosure of this kind of crimes is necessity. The expediency of conducting a survey of employees of textile or clothing production, in order to obtain information about possible violations in the production of manufactured products, conducting an inspection of the scene of the incident, in order to detect documentation that may carry an evidentiary basis, as well as conducting examinations, which consist in identifying traces of changes in equipment settings, as well as methods of manufacturing goods, for obtaining surplus production and further selling them for criminal purposes.
