Constitutional foundations of national security of Ukraine: current issues and legal conflicts

Abstract

The ability of the subjects of constitutional relations - and among them primarily man, society and the state - to resist the destructive manifestations of constitutional conflicts, as well as other internal and external threats characterizes a relatively new concept for the theory of constitutional law - the concept of constitutional security. First proposed in 1997, it developed as a structural element of national security theory. This justifies itself, as constitutional practice clearly demonstrates both the social value of the Constitution itself and the need to stabilize constitutional and legal relations by reducing the intensity of constitutional conflict.
