Abstract
The method of physical modeling was used to study the effect of superheat temperature, cooling intensity, and vibration on the formation of the cast billets structure. It was established that, using the different combinations of the considered methods of influencing the melt, it is possible to neutralize the negative effect of large overheating on the dispersion of the structure.
