Phylogenetic analysis of the complete genome of second-type circovirus DNA samples identified from wild pigs in Ukraine

Abstract

Given the above data, in the perspective of further scientific work it is necessary to focus on proving the fact of transmission of circovirus isolates of the second type from domestic pigs to feral pigs and vice versa with the involvement of phylogenetic analysis.
