Through purposive sampling, the participants were two preschool teachers who had won the Creative Teaching Award. The collection of interviews, observations and teaching logs, which are sorted, analyzed and summarized. The findings revealed that their self-knowledge presents creative personality traits and plays the role of teacher as a guide. They believed that the knowledge on educational goals was to promote the whole-person development of children as the focus. Their knowledge on learners includes children learning in play, children being curious individuals, and children's interests. Abstract
