Abstract
The article is devoted to the system of random multiple access with successive interference cancellation and a random entrance stream for a scenario Massive Machine-Type Communications. Procedures are proposed for controlling access to the medium, which allows stabilizing the Coded Random access algorithms and finding parameters for estimating the number of active users, in order to achieve the maximum possible average arrival rate. The paper compares management procedures and presents algorithms and criteria that allow you to determine whether the estimated number of device leads to the stable operation or not.
