Abstract
In this paper, the nonlinear fuel cell plant model is linearized. The linear model is used to design a fuel cell plant controller to improve the dynamic stability of the power distribution system with multiple types of DGs. Simulation results demonstrate the impact of the fuel cell power plant and its capability to improve oscillation damping within the distribution system.
