Regardless of the regulations, the presence of citizen movements in various areas of our daily life clearly shows that socio-digital networks create a polyphonic wave and, definitely, a great gesture of democratization. Abstract
Currently, social networks are vitally important because they pose a new form of communication through digital media, where its reach is local and global, and its time of dissemination is immediate.
