In 2011, there was a democratic revolution in the Middle East region known as the Arab Spring. With data obtained through literature study of books, reports, journals, theses, and other literature through electronic media. In the process of interpretation as data processing, the author uses the theory of social and cultural change proposed by Auguste Comte (1798-1857). The results obtained by the author are: 1) The Proxy War in the Syrian conflict occurred due to the conflict between Saudi Arabia and Iran. 2) The conflict experienced by Saudi Arabia creates a cultural shift with the emergence of occupational groups that eliminate the value of kinship as Saudi Arabia's culture. 3) Saudi Arabia is a stable region because it has good bilateral relations in the international world.
