The mediating variable is the influence of work ability on employee performance through work motivation and the effect of work experience on employee performance through work motivation. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) Malang City which found 47 people. The sampling technique used in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data from the results of questionnaires. The method in this research is the validity and reliability test, Classical Assumptions which consists of normality test and multicollinearity test. The analytical tool in this study uses Path Analysis with the SPSS for Windows version 22 program. \nThe results showed that the direct effect of using three variables, namely work ability, work experience and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the indirect effect uses two variables, namely work ability and work experience, which has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Abstract

本研究旨在以玛琅市人事及人力资源发展局为研究对象,通过工作动机来确定和分析员工的工作能力和工作经验对工作能力的影响。中介变量为工作能力通过工作动机对员工绩效的影响和工作经验通过工作动机对员工绩效的影响。本研究的人口都是在玛琅市人事和人力资源发展局(BKPSDM)工作的员工,共有47人。本研究中使用的抽样技术采用了有目的的抽样技术。本研究使用的数据为问卷调查结果的原始数据。本研究的方法是效度和信度检验,经典假设包括正态性检验和多重共线性检验。本研究的分析工具使用路径分析与SPSS for Windows版本22程序。结果表明,使用工作能力、工作经验和工作动机三个变量的直接效应对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。而间接效应使用工作能力和工作经验两个变量,对工作动机有正向显著的影响。然后,中介变量即工作动机影响工作能力和工作经验对员工绩效的影响。
