Mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets now greatly outnumber personal computers, people's personal availability to utilization, and dissemination of knowledge has changed dramatically. There is an instantaneous need for this application for use in the learning experience of Malay Language. The need for a better application for studying Malay language is really quite essential in effort to expand the student teachers' comprehension. This study will describe the rates of resistance and conceptual design of the mobile app development for Alamak!! Peribahasa in dynamically learning Malay proverbs. The objectives are 1) To implement a digital method in education about Malay proverbs in Malaysia using Alamak!! Peribahasa application, and 2) To develop interactive application focusing on Malay language proverbs. The Prototyping Methodology has been used as the reference model for the methodology which involved 6 phases. This application can be supported by Android platform and there are 4 types of proverbs which are Simpulan Bahasa, Bidalan, Pepatah and Perumpamaan that includes in this application and it use picture question and answering method for game.
