The properties were studied using transmittance measurements. Both silicone-based and epoxy-based adhesives were studied. The transmittance properties of the silicone-based adhesives did not impair even after 1,200h of high humidity aging at 85°C and 85% relative humidity. Epoxy-based adhesives were seen to impair due to high humidity aging, but there were differences between the adhesives. Abstract
