Abstract

Videoconferencing has become the most used resource in the field of virtual education in the 2020-21 academic year, at all levels, from primary to secondary education and at the University. Something similar has happened in the corporate world. In this work we analyze through a longitudinal survey carried out in 2001, 2011 and 2021 the use of videoconferencing in Spanish companies since it is a resource that is used on a massive scale in the business environment. We propose that this tool be used for employee training.
