Based on the time intervals transport network, used the restriction time as the standard to decide the number of material storage and filter paths, then building and solving the location model, get the optimal plan. Abstract

Location of emergency material storage as an important part of the electricity emergency work, related to the repair resources efficient scheduling and the success of the emergency plan directly. In this paper considered the particularity of its own power system, presented an integrated importance and probability factors as the weights of the smallest total weighted time locating method. The method first defines the concept of material needs regional, comprehensive assess its importance, then introduction of interval failure probability model, to get its weights. 电力应急物资仓库选址方法研究
应急物资存放地点作为电力应急工作的重要组成部分,直接关系到抢修资源的高效调度和应急预案的成功实施。本文考虑到自身电力系统的特殊性,提出了一种以重要度因子和概率因子为权重的最小总加权时间定位方法。该方法首先定义了物料需求区域的概念,综合评价其重要性,然后引入区间失效概率模型,得到其权重。基于时间间隔的运输网络,以约束时间为标准,确定物料存储路径和过滤路径的数量,建立并求解选址模型,得到最优方案。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
