Abstract

Wearable health monitoring systems use integrated sensors to monitor vital physiological parameters of the wearer. The paper discusses the preliminary results of a prototype wearable physiological monitoring system to monitor physiological parameters such as Electrocardiogram (ECG), Heart Rate (HR), Electroencephalogram (EEG) and Body Temperature. The ECG and EEG signals are acquired using a textile electrodes integrated into the fabric of the wearer.
