The complexity of the problem is increased by the multiplicity of actors involved in the prioritization process. These multi stakeholders often cannot accurately assess their preferences judgment of candidate PPMIS. To meet these limitations, this paper presents one of PPMIS prioritization approach that applies an information entropy method. This approach takes into account the imprecision of data and the uncertainty of the judgments of assessor's when evaluating PPMIS for the needs of the organization. Abstract

Project portfolio management information systems (PPMIS) can have a significant impact on the operation and development of a company. Therefore, the selection of one or more PPMIS of all possible is an important and difficult task for decision makers.
