Abstract

基于模糊综合评价模型的三级公立医院绩效评价研究
公立医院管理者和信息部门需要全面、及时地分析绩效指标的内容,利用信息评价系统实现医疗质量监督,使医院管理者和部门负责人能够有效地跟踪绩效评价结果和过程指标存在的问题,从而实现医疗质量的动态反馈。本文运用模型思维,从功能定位、质量安全、合理用药、服务效率、收支结构、成本控制和人员培训七个维度,探索构建了一套指标评价体系。采用专家评分法对不同指标的隶属度进行评价,并利用Matlab R2019b进行统计处理和分析,结合模糊综合评价模型对我院的整体绩效评价水平进行评价,最终得分为84.5515,定量结果也直观地显示了我院的不足和优势,为我院实现自身的稳定发展提供参考。为患者提供专业的医疗服务,实现患者的良好体验。
