E-Government is one of the most complex and important sectors for the application of technological development in information systems. An important aspect for the development and efficiency of distributed systems is the design paradigm or architectural style. The selection and development of a framework is an essential part for implementing a system architecture, because the framework allows connection between the concepts of architecture and platform.
