Abstract
Prior to the modern era, research was practice-based and reflective. In our time, practice-based and reflective research have regained relevance. The main reason for this is the fact that skilled practitioners may easily fall into habits that make their practice ineffective or problematic in other ways. It is therefore important that practitioners develop the necessary competence to actively reflect on their practical knowledge. What kinds of knowledge do they heedlessly put into action?
