The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires that were arranged in closed-ended and open-ended questionnaires. Abstract

This research aimed to identify the role of English for Specific Purpose (ESP) to the learning performance of the accounting students and the impact of understanding English on the performance of accounting students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta.
