Abstract

Access reliability based of information is an important factor affecting cloud applications. In this research investigates on how Heroku cloud systems necessity file system database publishing technology, with different conditions to test the read and write data access capabilities. To facilitate comparison, will use the commercial database Mongo DB and Posgres SQL as a test database and the study will establish the local Postgres SQL database as a control group.
