Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the existing power backbone transmission network structure is difficult to meet the emerging service requirements of large capacity and multi-service carrying. This article proposed Pe-OTN/OSU based bearing scheme and phased evolution strategy for electric power backbone transmission network, which have high reliability, large capacity, intelligent management & control characteristics and can realize the comprehensive bearing of different services.
