Abstract

This paper presents the design of Hector- Vr®, a mixed-reality driving simulator specially developed for older drivers. Hector- VR®uses a physical vehicle combined with an Oculus Rift virtual-reality head mounted display to provide an immersive driving experience and test a user's driving performance and competence.
