Unit cell analysis with single element is studied and analyzed in terms of their impedance and radiation pattern characteristics to validate beam scanning characteristics in Ku-band. Parametric analysis of the single element is done by changing the slot angles. Abstract

In this paper, a dual-band planar phased array using substrate-integrated waveguide (SIW) slot antenna with wide beam width is presented.
