Some Generalizations Regarding the Provision of Electrical Safety in Medium-Voltage Power Lines with a Predominant Cable Part

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to summarize the authors' research on the problems related to the electrical safety in medium voltage power lines when those power lines have a predominantly cable part. The results for the values of the touch and step voltages around the grounding of the tower under an earth fault and their relation to the permissible values are given.
