By using coplanar waveguide, the antenna array can achieve a wider impedance bandwidth is 29% (21.69 - 29.04 GHz). The coplanar waveguide-based antenna has a higher front-back ratio than the convention microstrip grid antenna. The differential probe feed is applied to get a lower cross-polarization level of about -40 dB. The coplanar waveguide-based antenna has the maximum gain value of 12.6 dBi. Abstract
