This study uses panel data to observe the 62 manufacture companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2009- 2012. The analysis model in this research is linear regression . The results obtained there is a significant influence the company's status (multinational / domestic) of firm performance. And the negative effect of a significant degree of internationalization of the firm performance. Abstract

Expanding international business activities and increasing the number of multinational companies in Indonesia indicates that the firm has been able to compete in the global market.
