Abstract
A new improved technique for suppressing distant aperture sidelobes in the radiation patterns of linear and planar phased arrays is proposed. For this, partially orthogonal phase harmonics of high order are used with respect to the phase harmonics of only first orders on the basis of orthogonal quasipolynomials.
