This research is an action research of school principals. The subjects in this study were Guppy Palangkaraya Middle School teachers. The stages of this research are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From the results of the analysis of the ability of the teacher cycle 1 reached 95.45% and cycle 2 increased to 100%. there has been an increase of 4.55%. Competency improvement based on AKPK can improve supervisory competence of prospective school principals. Abstract
