Abstract

Visually impaired students face numerous issues during their campus life as a significant portion of schools and universities don’t currently accommodate systems and facilities for them to freely circulate on campus [1]. In this paper, we propose a guidance system that interacts with a voice controlled smartphone interface to address this issue.
