Abstract

The challenge for entrepreneurship education is not to help to small number of STEM students who have already made a decision to become entrepreneurs, but to create an inspirational effect for huge majority of STEM students who are initially not interested in entrepreneurship. The challenge is to make these students (STEM geeks) more open to the idea of entrepreneurship and more engaged into action, based on their creative potential and knowledge. This paper reports about experiences and lessons learned from the course I designed and have been teaching to STEM geeks at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Moscow, Russia) since 2015.
