Similarly, job satisfaction has a positive mediating effect on the nexus between transformational leadership and job performance among physicians in Iraq's public hospitals.Originality/valueTo the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first study to investigate the relationship between physician job satisfaction and job performance in Iraqi public hospitals. Abstract
