Meanwhile, the salary motivators used in the surveyed company were poorly assessed by employees. Research limitations/implications: The survey research presented in the article may contribute to further empirical research. Practical implications: The practical implications of the conducted research make it possible to use them to rebuild motivation systems in enterprises. Originality/value: The research results indicate the need for a comprehensive reconstruction of the motivation system in enterprises.
