Abstract

Opportunistic routing (OR) is a new paradigm in routing protocol for wireless sensor network (WSN). The OR has aroused wide concern because it can improve the energy consumption and reliability in wireless sensor networks (WSNs), especially if the most sensor nodes are equipped with a limited norechargeable battery power.
