Return Migration and the Internationalization of China's Plant Molecular Biological Research System

Abstract

The aim of this study is to contribute to the debate on the relationship between scientific mobility and international collaboration. In addition it shows an effect of social scientific capital which is independent of human scientific capital. In doing so it contributes to the literature on human scientific and technical capital.
