Abstract

The product life cycle of Hi-Tech industry become shorter and shorter in recent years. Production line must work as fast as it can when products design finish. Otherwise, industry is very difficult to survive in the Hi-Tech industry with keen competition. As the result, it is difficult to satisfy production rate and defective rate at the same time.
