Abstract
The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) conducts various events for engineering students throughout the world. One such event is EBAJA where students design, analyse, simulate, fabricate and validate an All-Terrain four-wheeled single-seater vehicle. The roll cage, suspension, steering, braking, and transmission system details are all mentioned in this paper. We use a variety of applications like SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS and MATLAB. The goal of the design team was to achieve the best manufacturing cost, weight, overall aesthetics and performance while following the SAE regulations.
