Strategic analysis of the trend “Quality education throughout life” and statistical analysis of the population dynamics by the level of education in the Amur region, allowed us to identify opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses (OTSW-analysis) of the strategic direction. Abstract

The regional economy includes many different (social, economic, demographic, etc.) relationships and factors affecting the development of regions. At the same time, the main guideline for the actions of the authorities is to improve the quality and standard of living of the population. This criterion corresponds to the ultimate goal of the development and implementation of the strategy, according to the methodology of V. L.
