Abstract

For pt.I see Southeastcon '98, p.194-7 (1998). A need exists for a rigorous definition of the kinds of fringing fields found near power lines and appliances such as computer monitors and television receivers. Part I paper gave abstract but rigorous definitions for AC magnetic fields, AC electric fields, and true, radiated, electromagnetic fields.
