Abstract

This chapter presents the dialogue between the Peter and the Print Gilo, G. or Guil on the seven Sacraments. It gives title, incipit and explicit as well as information on author, date, textual transmission, editions and a summary of the contents. The first sentences of the Guil make relationship between the Peter and the Guil: Peter has been ordained a Priest and needs some information and instructions for practice as a Pastor from his Interlocutor. The seven Sacraments are discussed in this order: baptism, confirmation, ordination, Eucharist, confession, extreme unction and marriage. The sacraments are practically treated, and the questions of ritual and of the custom stay in the foreground.
