It is made up of electric field testing probe, optical transmission system, optical receiver and display, which can realize three-dimensional pulse electric field measurement in the whole space. This paper introduced the three-Dreceiving antenna, the three-D electric field signal synthesis and photoelectric receiver and then analyzed the design of the three-D receiving antenna and the method of three dimensional electric field synthesis. At last, the performance of the testing system is measured.
