In this paper, with the design model based on the TC motivation as the core, a kind of strategy for the promotion of the innovation and entrepreneurship in the college students based on the integration of the TC motivation design model (hereinafter referred to as TCMDM for short) is put forward in this paper. Based on the TC motivation design model, the corresponding abstract model is constructed. Subsequently, the optimal management informatization model for the innovation and entrepreneurship in the college students is obtained based on the data, which has verified the rationality of the TC motivation design model and the sample data reconstruction method put forward in this paper in terms of theory.
