In each patient before and after treatment, saliva estradiol (SE2), saliva progesterone (SP), saliva testosterone (ST) and plasma prolactin (PRL) concentrations were monitored and breast molybdenum-target X-ray films were taken. The results showed that after treatment, SE2 concentrations declined very significantly (P less than 0.001); SP concentrations declined significantly (P less than 0.05); PRL concentrations declined very significantly (P less than 0.005), but ST concentrations did not change significantly. Breast molybdenum-target X-ray films showed absorption of proliferation masses in 21 cases. Abstract

【减药散加二陈汤治疗乳腺增生性疾病】。
本文报告消药散加二陈汤治疗乳腺增生性疾病51例,疗效3个月,有效率为96.1%。检测患者治疗前后唾液雌二醇(SE2)、唾液孕酮(SP)、唾液睾酮(ST)、血浆催乳素(PRL)浓度,并拍摄乳腺钼靶x线片。结果表明:处理后,SE2浓度极显著下降(P < 0.001);SP浓度显著降低(P < 0.05);PRL浓度极显著下降(P < 0.005), ST浓度变化不显著。乳腺钼靶x线片21例显示增生肿块吸收。提示该药可能通过抑制PRL的分泌,降低催乳素对促卵泡激素的拮抗作用来调节内分泌系统,从而恢复卵泡功能,调节垂体-卵泡轴,使其恢复正常。
