Abstract

This paper includes a descriptive study that aims to know the training needs detected by the agents involved in the development of Dual Vocational Training (Dual VT) in the Principality of Asturias. For this, a needs assessment has been developed through a multiple case study, focused on a qualitative methodology based on interviews and discussion groups.
